Though I’m not a mental health or medical expert, my insights come from lived experiences and utilized coping skills I’ve developed through years of therapy and self-reflection.

FREEquency
We first understand the meaning of frequencies in their lows and in their highs to then determine at what frequency we more often times than not function at. We identify these frequencies by their vibrational traits so we compare our low vibrational patterns to our high vibrational patterns. We then are honest with ourselves and aver which is our frequency normality? Which is the dominant?
When we've come to the conclusion of which is dominant, we are then able to ensure that we exercise ourselves in the HIGH and prune ourselves of the LOW purging the controlled things/people/thoughts/actions that decrease our vibrational state causing us to operate in the LOW. Lower frequencies can lead to mental and physical discomfort and sickness while higher frequencies are healing to the mind, body and spirit.

I, without a doubt, believe that the show of positive human interaction increases your mood frequency. It can happen with a simple Hi! Here's how: I like to say that most all Hi's are accompanied with a smile, and we know the health benefits of smiling right?
Smiling not only offers a mood boost but helps our bodies release cortisol and endorphins that provide numerous health benefits, including Reduced blood pressure. Increased endurance. Reduced pain. Reduced stress. Strengthened immune system. Furthermore, studies show that people who smile appear more likeable, courteous and competent.
So, the “hi” in Hi freequency represents the need for more positive social interactions in the world around us. The jester of a simple hi tells people that YOU SEE THEM and builds a good rapport about you and your character. Say Hi to your fellow man, to your neighbor and trust that you can remain within your set boundaries while respecting the boundaries of others as well. Experts suggest that we; “engage in small talk and look for similarities, common ground, and shared interests that break the ice.” Take a brief moment to greet and acknowledge others outside of your circle. It is also said to “Pay close attention to nonverbal communication, such as facial expressions and mannerisms, to better understand how the other person is feeling.” So how many Hi's can you give out each day?

The free in FREEquency is to emphasize our inherent human right to live peacefully and fully, by embracing a balanced life. This balance is achieved when we operate at our highest vibrational state, which can only be realized through true freedom. Freedom is not merely a mental concept—it is an essential, tangible state of being, allowing us to live authentically and in alignment with our highest potential and we MUST live in our FREEdom(s) to do so. Freedom is not just a state of mind but is an actual state of being.
